Train the Trainer - HR Training
Course Description
Training is crucial in helping organisations meet their goals and it also ensures that individuals have the tools to develop and therefore play an important part in the motivational process. ~
More and more staff are finding that the training of staff has been added to their work responsibilities. This course takes a highly participative approach to developing individual’s ‘hands on’ training skills as well as providing some of the background knowledge that is crucial for success in either on or off the job training.
This course will provide you with the confidence to lead a training programme by providing you with expert tips and techniques for getting the best out of a training session. You will also leave with an appreciation as to how people learn and ways in which you can aid learning.

All bespoke courses can be tailored to business and individual needs and typically the content of the course will cover the following topics:
- What is training and why train?
- The planning, preparation and structure of training, including the importance of learning objectives and how to develop them.
- Training methods.
- Barriers and aids to learning Trainer tips and traps.
- Giving feedback.
- Closing and evaluating training.
- The role of the trainer.
- Design a learning event – practical exercise.
