Create change to improve business processes
70% of change projects fail to acheive the results hoped for, which is partly because of the practical challenges but more often than not, the cultural and psychological barriers are not considered properly.
This training course is two days, during which, you will consider how best to manage change for the benefit of your organisation and your people.
