Our packages cover you against:

• Legal expenses and most compensation awards incurred when defending proceedings brought against you at an employment tribunal.
• Legal expenses incurred when appealing against an Improvement or Prohibition Notice under the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974 or the Food Safety Act 1990.
• Legal expenses incurred in defending a prosecution in a criminal court brought against you relating to Health & Safety at work, food hygiene and food legality, and occupational hygiene such as COSHH and CHIP regulations.

Full indemnified legal advice comes as standard and, unlike many other policies, the compensation award cover can be provided for all types of dismissal including discrimination cases.  If you follow our advice, you should be covered for legal expenses, as well as most compensatory awards.
