NorthgateArinso Employer Services is pleased to announce the launch of our new product HR Bureau, a telephone based HR administrative support service for both employees and managers. HR Bureau will remove the burden of managing holiday requests (and record keeping), sickness and absence, employee record control, life events (maternity leave, paternity requests etc.) and many other day-to-day tasks.
This service is designed for small to medium sized businesses with employees that are either field based (lorry drivers, sales reps etc.) or who don’t have convenient or regular access to computer equipment. Employees ring the HR Bureau team, identify themselves (and answer some security questions) and they are able to request holidays, inform the operator of their sickness or request changes to their employee records (such as next of kin etc.). This request is authorised (via a call, text or email to the appropriate line manager) and is then processed. The employee receives confirmation of the approval and records are updated accordingly. Each month, managers receive reports on all call activity, as well as holiday planners and absence reports. The scope of the service is very flexible and can be extended to include fleet management, staff development and appraisals, reminder services for key business events, staff notifications and communication and the starter / leaver process.
This service is charged on a ‘per employee’ basis and works out significantly cheaper than employing a dedicated administrator. Additionally, this service will free up management time and provide you with secure and accurate off-site storage for your employee files and records.
