Changes to ES Gateway

ES Gateway is the confidential area of the NorthgateArinso Employer Services website for the exclusive use of our clients.

The security aspect of ES Gateway is very similar to the pin number process used for credit cards and we have recently undertaken some work to make this area even more secure and hopefully easier for our clients to access.

When logging in, you are restricted to three attempts to type in the correct password, after which the system will deny access and the
screen will show an error message. You will then be given the opportunity to 'Reset Password'. 6 If you select 'Reset Password' and type in your User Name and press 'Reset', an email will automatically be sent to the main account holder's email address of your account, informing them of the new password.   

Remember, access to ES Gateway is at your discretion and if the security level of an employee should change, to maintain confi dentiality of all your records held on ES Gateway, you must change your password immediately.
