It works as either a stand-alone HR system, or you can add other modules, such as Empower Recruitment and Empower Training, to share your data and give you total control.

Empower Personnel
This module holds comprehensive, easy-to-use records on new starters, employees and leavers via a single data entry point, so no need to keep re-typing.

Empower Payroll
Use this to deliver an accurate, flexible service while getting rid of many time consuming tasks. For example, it can handle multiple companies, divisions, pay groups and frequencies.

Recruitment
Handles the whole recruitment process, generates communications with candidates and provides reports. The Internet Recruitment module offers online vacancy advertising and e-communication with candidates.

Training
Empower Training gives you the information you need to identify and develop individual and team talents, match skills to business needs, satisfy personal ambitions and fulfil company goals.

HR Self Service
