Disciplinary situations can be particularly challenging for organisations to deal with, especially given the penalties that can potentially be imposed by employment tribunals if procedures are found to be unfair.
It is therefore essential that managers are able to deal with these issues in a consistent and fair manner with due consideration for legal requirements.
This course provides the knowledge and practical skills managers need to deal with both informal and formal disciplinary situations. In addition the course also covers handling workplace grievances including the recent changes to legislation on discrimination, victimisation and harassment.
