CIEH Level 2 Award Health and Safety in the WorkplaceCIEH Level 2 Award Health and Safety in the Workplace This course has been designed to give first tier workers an appreciation of the fundamentals of good food hygiene practice.

The course gives all food handling staff the basic training and essential knowledge as required by the Food Hygiene (England) Regulations 2006.
